Important patch for Akonadi 15.12

Dear packagers,

if you are shipping Akonadi 15.12, please apply the following patch to your 
packages:

The patch fixes upgrade issue for many Akonadi users who use MySQL. If users 
have inconsistent database due to previously missing foreign keys then upgrade 
to 15.12 will prevent their Akonadi from starting. Since 15.12 Akonadi tries 
to create all missing FKs on start and will fail to start if database fails to 
create the FK due to DB inconsistency. This patch ensures that there are no 
inconsistencies in the database before Akonadi tries to create the missing 
FKs, thus ensuring smooth upgrade for all users.

The patch will be included in 15.12.3, but if you ship older version or are 
not planning to skip .3, please include at least this patch in your current 
packaging.
