applications.menu params

If your distribution needs a patch to make our applications.menu not
conflict with other versions installed by GNOME etc. you'll probably
want to change the way you do this come frameworks 5.15

Instead of patching things you'll simply run cmake with
-DAPPLICATIONS_MENU_NAME="kf5-applications.menu" or any other name
you'd like to use and that's it.
