An all new about-distro KCM release available now \o/

* 2.0.0 brings the KCM to frameworks 5.
* 'KDELibs Version' was replaced by 'KDE Plasma Version', it being
displayed depends on a file xsessions/plasma.desktop being found in an
XDG_DATA location [1].

Distributions should note that the paths for configuration files
changed to the XDG paths (e.g. /etc/xdg/) in frameworks, meaning that
you'll need to adjust the path where you put your configuration file.
