DK and NPU support

Hi,

See here :

https://docs.digikam.org/en/setup_application/miscs_settings.html#face-management

The OpenCV DNN module has GPU support to load and run models but it's
better to read the OpenCV doc for details.

Look here :

https://opencv.org/working-with-neural-processing-units-npus-using-opencv/

In digiKam, SFace and YuNet models are used. You can see the gain is not
too big at all...

Note that digiKam supports OpenCV API 4.x and drop for the moment the
recent OpenCV 5 which drops all GPU support in the DNN module. It's a big
regression.

In digiKam 9.2.0 we introduce a native language interpreter for the search
engine which uses llama.cpp. This component supports GPU/NPU. I tested with
my macbook pro Silicon and the performances are good compared to a CPU
only usage.

Best regards
