Uploading photographs from a Google Pixel Pro

the "official" macOS way of dealing with this would be to use the macos
"ImageCaptureCore" API, but it seems like a lot of work to go through for
something that already works with gphoto, if you can avoid the OS grabbing
the interface. There is a python wrapper for ImageCaptureCore, so I suppose
it would be possible without too much fuss.
