Just rerun maintenance tools again but with debug view
Found following messages, see below

This confirm the DB corruption. , right?
so next step is to restart with a fresh DB, right ? Can you precise how 
to proceed , thinking to stop DK, remove Db and restart DK. Is that enough ?
