Hi,

To unsubscribe from a mailing-list you normally send an email to the 
list, with the word "unsubscribe" in the subject line. E.g.:

To: digikam-users at kde.org
From: ray.rivera57 at gmail.com
Subject: Unsubscribe

Most likely you need to confirm via a clickable link.
