Add tags with a comma

Same problem because tagging ice skaters I have to tag 2 people for 
pairs and I want add 1 tag with 2 names separated with a comma.

My workaround:

I create a tag with a single name: eg  CONTI Sara

then I modify tag adding second skater eg CONTI Sara, Macii Nicolò

Now you have a single tag with comma separation.
