Impossible to delete Tags

Hi everyone,

That's my problem :
  I can't remove some Tags, when I do, they disappear for a few seconds 
(3 or 4) and then reappear.
This does not happen on all Tags, only on some.
I tried to delete them from the Tags Manager, or from the Tags view, 
even from the Filters view, but it's the same. I desperately cleaned the 
database but it didn't do anything.

Has anyone ever encountered this problem?

Thank you in advance for your help.


PS: I have the impression that it is since the update to the latest 
version, but I'm not sure (not at all....).
