Is there an open-source solution for extract the RAW files from the Canon R6 II's pre-capture rolls ?

DNGLab can extract them as individual DNG files. I have only tried it once
and it took about 50 minutes and each DNG file was massive. I haven't
bothered to try it again. I use my wife's Windows PC and Canon DPP4
software to extract any I take now.
