Shortcut Ctrl + 3 not working

Hi,

Yes it's reproducible under macOS Sequoia. It's due to the capture screen
application from Apple which uses CMD+3, CMD+4, and CMD+5 shortcuts.

You can go to the Settings/Configure Keyboard Shortcuts dialog and reassign
Rating actions. For ex here i set:

- CMD+à : 0 star
- CMD+& : 1 star
- CMD+é : 2 stars
- CMD+" : 3 stars
- CMD+' : 4 stars
- CMD+( : 5 stars

à, &, é, ", ', ( characters corresponding to 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 keys with my
FR keyboard.
