what is best version

Hi,

by accident I now find 3 different versions of digiKam on my computer.

one old one 8.6.0 and 2 new 8.7.0

one of the 8.7.0 is installed via tumbleweed update installer but it is 
flatpak

older one I used is appimage.

What is best to use? If I use (flatpak) version coming via tumbleweed 
update installer will I get any kind of problems?
