Import of Lightroom Keywords?

Hi,

Look at the metadata advanced settings page :

https://docs.digikam.org/en/setup_application/metadata_settings.html#advanced-settings

Tags can be routed from different sources. You need to take a look
where the keywords are stored by LR in the Exif | Iptc | XMP using
Exiv2 command line tool (the metadata tag name uses the Exiv2 scheme).

Best regards
