"fix hidden items" issues...

 1. First off, it looks to me like "fix hidden items" ungroups items,
    since at lease one of the grouped items is hidden.  It would be much
    cleaner and nicer if "fix hidden items" left items in groups hidden.
 2. For some reason, I have a LOT of hidden items.  It would be awfully
    nice if "fix hidden items" could work recursively.
