Renaming and major changes to the file storage

Albums and images should be renamed in digiKam so that their respective 
database IDs remain the same.

You cannot rename the root album in digiKam; it must be renamed externally.

Then, in digiKam's collection settings, use the "update" function to switch to 
the new root folder/album path.
