The most should be the best with (!), by example :
1.concatenate the 2 strings in the action name (with delimiter like #/~)
2.push the relevant string as a comment box displayed when mouse is on each action
3.others...
But I've no idea of the difficulties for you and, by another way, change a shortcut is not so often...
