Import tags from a different database

Hi all,
I am proud to announce that I am currently revising the whole
digiKam.org contents for a huge update/formatting/improvements. The
FAQ for example was not up-to-date for many years ago. I created a new
FAQ entry about this topic :

Other FAQ entries are planned, based on the mailing list posts and
also the subreddit community group messages that I moderate actively.
