Thanks for that. I had looked at the HTML and print creator before but 
they don't allow customisation of layout or content of what is printed. 
They are more concerned with the images than with metadata.

The nearest one to what I want is Details; so I expect the only way is 
for me to look at and try to edit the XML files that are used. I am not 
an expert in XML however.
