First of all please ensure that you always reply to the list, not direct 
to the sender. Secondly, it helps to quote the message, or at least 
relevant parts, so that others can more easily follow the discussion.

You apply templates to one or more photos from the right hand side bar 
by selecting the 'Information' tab.
