thumbnail for XCF files

Hi,

The XCF thumbnailer comes from the KDE kimageformat codecs collection.
The KDE framework used in 8.8.0 is not the last stable version
published. Thttps://invent.kde.org/frameworks/kimageformats/-/issueshis
can explain the dysfunction if this one is now fixed in the last
version of code.

I plan to update the KDE framework for the digiKam 8.9.0.
