open with DXO8

Hi Frederic,

Because a source code reviewer flagged the entries for "Exec" and "Icon" as 
incorrect due to the Windows path properties, we changed them to the freely 
usable X-* entries.
Replaced "Exec" with "X-Exec" and "Icon" with "X-Icon."
