Desktop launcher for Digikam Appimage

Thanks.

What made me think that it was not maintained was the latest release 
date (release build 2.2.0) : sep. 29, 2020.

I've seen here https://github.com/TheAssassin/AppImageLauncher/releases

that they are working on version 3.

I'll install the latest stable version and test it.
