Desktop launcher for Digikam Appimage

Hi !

I'd like to know if there is a way to add an appimage to the Application 
launcher.

I use KDE Neon.

I've seen that there is Appimage launcher but it doesn't seem to be 
still developped.

Maybe there is some other solution…
