Still cant figure out face recognition under 8.7

Hello,

my face recognition also isn't working since the upgrade to 8.7.
The most unconfirmed tags disappered after an initial automatic rescan
of my library except for three persons, a face tagged with "Unbekannt"
(german for unknown), a tag with many faces that has nothing to do with
faces and two face tags without a name. Idk if there is somthing that
causes this behaviour.

When I open an image without a tag name, the bounding box of the face
isn't shown. On the raw Images I opened there were also no faces shown.
Only on jpegs. 

I'm using arch linux like another one in this thread.
