DK does not end when exiting app on Windows 11

Hello!

I have the latest DG 8.6 on Windows 11 and I found out that when I 
quit/exit DK it does not really end - there is still a process running 
in the background (many of them if I open/close DK multiple times). This 
is also a problem when updating DK to new version because the 
installation does not run unless I manually kill the background process.

Has anybody else observed similar behavior?

P.S. On my laptop with Windows 10 this problem is not present - when I 
exit DK no background process is left.
