Why not use the other options in Digikam? If you go to preview mode, you can
use keyboard shortcuts to navigate and rate images. You can also use all the
other functions on the visible image...

You first have to produce them...
But if you have to handle that many images per day on a regular basis, perhaps
you need different tools...
Another point: you may want to reread and edit your posts before sending them
off. E.g. the random use of "slide show" and of "slight show" could give the
impression you can't really be bothered to spend time on your question. But
then, why should we spend time on it?
