Hello Frederic,

As you already know, I had a similar issue a few weeks ago. As Maik 
explained to me, the issue came from duplicate tags, that is tags with 
the same name in different places in the tag hierarchy. Are you sure you 
don't have duplicates ? The effects of a duplicate could be non-obvious, 
so you'll have to check each tag which dK puts mistakenly at root level.

Obviously this mail does not answer to your question, but it might 
improve your issue and give you more time to receive relevant answers.
