digiKam 8.5-Qt6-x86-64 appimage title problem

I am using MX Linux 23.4 KDE 64bit. digiKam 8.5.0 appimage.

I manage my appimage programs with a utility called Gear Lever.  When I
installed digiKam 8.5 with Gear Lever the showPhoto icon\title are present
but not a digiKam icon\title.  When I start, double click, showPhoto,
digiKam starts.  Previous versions of digiKam installed with Gear Lever
showed the proper icon\title.   When I right click on the appimage file in
the file manager, Dolphin, the Details tab shows the title as showPhoto.
This leads me to think that the problem lies with the appimage and not Gear
Lever,  I could be wrong though. Any help would be appreciated.
