Import from google photos

Our Google API key is still blocked due to an alleged violation of the terms 
of use.
However, a connection would no longer be possible with digiKam-8.2.0 anyway, 
since we have changed the API key.

And I suspect that the problem with our API key lock is with Google Photo 
Import, i.e. downloading the images. So we will probably disable the import.
