Documentation for v 6.4.0

Hi,

Well the GUI has been improved a lot, and more, especially with the deep
elearning engine for the detection and recognition.

The online documentation has been changed a lot accordingly.

There is no doc for the older 6.4.0 release.

I recommend switching to the last 8.5.0 stable AppImage Linux that we
provide in the download area...
