digikamtempfile

Hi Remco

Once the dowload is completed and the window proposing to delete files ( 
command "download and delete") I'm expecting that no operation is 
on-going. but seems the operation to rename digikamtempfile into final 
filenames is not completed and put on hold.
For me the correct behavior is to complete download and open the window 
to complete the delete only once the digikamtempfile are completely renamed

I will have to import new files in the coming days, I will take some 
snapshot and share them
