Ignore generic folders

Hello,

I would like to know how I could ignore all folders with names ending by 
"Ignore". Is there a wild card character like "*" or "%" or "$" to use 
in this case?

I did not find out this information in the documentation.

I know that all folders starting with "." are ignored. But I don't want 
to use this because it will change the sort order in Windows file explorer.

My request could be the following configuration settings: put "*Ignore" 
in the configuration field.
