Is there a way to make an HTML album with the fields I want?

There's an assortment of HTML makers with DK, but none of them are very 
useful. Some of them want to use the image name. Some of them will do a 
data dump of technical info.

I would like an album that can output date, caption, and tags. Is there 
any way to tweak the existing HTML creators so they can do that?

Or, if not, is there some way I can export the file name and the meta 
info as a CSV file so I can make my own match-up algorithm ?
