Digikam does not start any more

Whether disabling the video hardware acceleration via environment variable 
helps remains to be seen, as Qt Multimedia still searches for hardware:

qt.multimedia.ffmpeg: Using Qt multimedia with FFmpeg version 7.1 nonfree and 
unredistributable
qt.multimedia.ffmpeg: Available HW decoding frameworks:
qt.multimedia.ffmpeg:      vaapi
qt.multimedia.ffmpeg:      vdpau
