opensuse tumbleweed fails

but AFAIK I'm on Wayland (Tumbleweed defaulted to wayland some time ago 
without notice, and that got unnoticed  :-)

Y tried X11 but didn't work better. The 8.5 appimage works, but I beg 
it's better to wait a bit for updates

may I open a bug on Tumbleweed?
