opensuse tumbleweed fails

Do I gather you are using the appimage? Do you have a specific reason 
for appimage?

I just downloaded the latest Linux appimage and it ran fine on my 
Tumbleweed system!

I use the version from the openSUSE repos on my Tumbleweed and Leap 
systems with no issues at all currently using 8.6.
