slowness when applying metadata

Hi Maik
Are you writing only to images or sidecars, or both? =>/write to XMP sidecar for read-only item only/
/sidecar not compatible with commercial probrams/
Is your collection on a network drive, HDD, or SSD?/SSD MVNE/
Do you use ExifTool to write metadata? =>/no/
Aslo using the/lazy mode/
for debug view, can you remind me how to proceed?
