Option to always "Insert items here"?

Sorry if this is a common question - I tried to find an answer.

My photography is almost entirely of wildlife. I manually sort the photos
in each album to group images of the same species so I can manage the
metadata more easily and control the sequence in which they are uploaded to
Flickr and iNaturalist.

So, I tend to drag images around a great deal within the DigiKam Thumbnails
view and every time have to confirm whether I wish to "Insert items here"
or "Group here". For grouping, my workflow just relies on automated
grouping of versions and some infrequent use of the "Group selected here"
option in the right-click menu.

I've been looking for an option that would always use the insert behaviour
when I drag images around in the album, but I can't seem to find one. Is
there a way to avoid having to respond to the constant insert/group menu?
