Can't Open Digikam on macOS 15.1

I upgraded my mini mac and macbook to macOS 15.1 today and now both of them will not open Digikam.  When attempting to open the program I get a message that says: “The application “Finder” does not have permission to open “(null).”  Anyone have this issue?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.
