how to go to the next image in the thumb-bar and display it in the left panel ?

Hello,

I'm looking for here :

In the light table, I don't understand how to go to the next image in 
the thumb-bar and display it in the left panel.

I know how to do it in two steps: press the right key on the keyboard 
and then Ctrl_L, but I'd like to do it all at once.
