Samsung A13 not Recognized for Import

Hello!

I have a Samsung A13, and I would like to import images and vide0s from it.

With the photo connected to the Windows PC by a USB cable, and the 
connection type set to either "Transfer Images" or "Transfer files, AND 
with the phone showing up in File Explorer, DigiKam 8.4.0 will not 
recognize the phone either as a camera, or a USB . I therefore cannot 
import from it, neither can I add it to a removable collection.

I have tried to add the phone manually, but I don't  understand the 
camera mount path box. Again the camera is not recognized.

With the A13, am I SOL?

Any thoughts and advice?
