Digikam Won't Open - Corrupted Data File

Download DebugView from Microsoft. Set the following environment variable
(user) in the Windows environment variable editor:
name: QT_LOGGING_RULES
value: digikam*=true
Start DebugView, start digiKam. Post the entire output from the DebugView
window.
