Face Detection Error Downloading

When I start DK I get a pop up

Pop-up message

I click download and it starts but then I get an error

Popup error

So I ignored it, to try again next time.  I have now done that many
times and it still happens.  Any ideas how to fix it?

Running DK 8.4.0 on Mint 21.3 Cinnamon
