Digikam 8.5 installer do not open on MacOS?

Hello,


I seem to be unable to open the DK 8.5 installer on MacOS.

I get the error: Apple Could not verify 
digiKam-8.5.0-Qt6-MacOS-arm64.pkg is free of malware that may harm your 
Mac or compromise your privacy.

I have tried right clicking --> Open but this dot not help.

I have even tried opening the installer from the Terminal but same result.

I understand that this is a security feature of MacOS and that it is 
probably not easy to entirely get rid of it. However, I believe in that 
case, the Download page should have clear instructions on how to 
actually proceed with the installation. I am not a novice user but I 
have no idea how to proceed after the attempts described above.

Novice users would probably be give up and be scared away by the initial 
error.
