Keyboard deletion not working - Mac 8.3

Hi

Using DK on a Mac, V8.3

I cannot get a ketystroke to work to delete an image. Standard Delete key didn’t work (It was ambiguous  with ‘Previos’ so I changed that, still no good.

Then I tried setting ‘Option-D’, again nothing. Doesn’t do anything.

I am using a MacBook Air, M1. 


If I use menu options and mouse to select Delete, works just fine.


Is this a bug or am I missing something?
