How can we select a few photos to serve as a basis for face recognition

Good morning,

I use DIGIKAM 3.0 as recommended by you because in 8.2 you couldn't add a
name to a face. 

How can we select a few photos to serve as a basis for face recognition
which does not work.

I have to enter face by face!!! 

Maybe because there is too much face for one person?
