Cannot open images after upgrade to DK8.2

You need to update your collection settings.
To do this, go to the digiKam settings under Collections.
Behind your collection that is not available you will find the “Update”
button (round circle symbol). In principle, you can simply accept the
upcoming dialogs without making any changes. The collection will then be
available again.
