digiKam 8.3.0 is released

Great! However, when I go to the download site, there are multiple 
options for the Windows download, some with QT5, some with QT5 and debug 
features, some plain Win64 bundles. Which one do I download for my 
Windows 11 64 bit machine? I would like to download the zipped version.
