Off-line maps for geolocation

Hi,
I've been slowly learning how to use digiKam, and one of the things I'd like
to be able to do is add geolocation data to pictures I've uploaded from my
camera to my laptop when I'm out in the boonies with no Internet
connectivity. The Gelocation Map page in the online user manual
(https://docs.digikam.org/en/geolocation_editor/geoeditor_map.html) says
'The Map-settings button opens a small menu which allows you to choose
between OpenStreeMap and Off-line Map', but I've looked everywhere and I
can't locate any options for offline maps. I'm running digiKam 8.2.0 on
Windows 10.
Can someone clarify how to set up offline maps?
Thanks
John
