Digikam Name Missing From People

One of my PEOPLE tags does not show when viewing the PEOPLE tab.

I know the tag exists as when viewing a picture the person is tagged.

I also know the tag exists as it shows when viewing the TAGS tab.

Using this latter view the thumbnails are shown by folder, each folder 
detailed with path and quantity

But I cannot get the overview of total tags when looking at the PEOPLE tab.
